And if they spam the forum/category given to the user *I mean by them posting to get free posts* get that forum category deleted, and the posts are back to what they were before the forum category was given if possible :D

Blog is like a tumblr or some stuff. You can post random shit on it.

A forum/ category is/can be reviewed or looked through an admin (unless you are the admin.) And don't post useless bullcrap like "I took the biggest crap." on a forum category because it would be inappropriate to other people :p
