Gamestop’s Best Deal

Well if you haven’t heard the news yet, Gamestop is holding what some may say is their best trade in deal to date. Every now and then, Gamestop will offer an extra 10% on trade ins towards certain new releases; not this time.

Announced yesterday, Gamestop will be offering an extra 50% credit on any game trade in until April 1, with no restrictions. Power Up Rewards Pro members will also receive an extra 10% on top of the current offer. Now is the time to trade in those old games laying around, collecting dust.

One can only wonder if this has anything to do with GAME recently closing the doors on many of their stores. Is Gamestop going “all out” before doing the same? What happens to all those credits when the company calls it quits? Many consumers have realized this hard way with GAME and now have in-store credits and pre-order money tied up in an account with no way to redeem them and no intention of refunding from the company.

If you are going to take advantage of this deal, be aware of the risk. It may be wise to have something in mind to spend those credits on beforehand.

i posted this on dlc and they were like "well we can dl stuff he so screw gamestop" what noobs so i made them feel stupid by saying what about xbox 360, ps3, other consoles? and then they were like yeaaaa. . . . . good point lol
