CIPL Flasher does the same thing as Permanent Patch. It makes the CFW Permanent.Viper5827 wrote:*updates to 6.60* what's CIPL flasher?
@kebkeb05,
Copy and Paste the PROUPDATE and the CIPL_Flasher folders into the PSP/GAME folder.
Then run the PROUPDATE from your PSP and press "X" to install the CFW.
After it's done installing, the PSP will reboot. Then you have to run the CIPL Flasher so you
can make the CFW Permanent.

Re: [RELEASE] (L)CFW/CFW 6.20/6.35/6.39/6.60 PRO-B9
Yes you can install lcfw 6.60 PRO-B9 on your 3k^^
First thing you gotta do is download 6.60 PRO-B9
-- Copy both PROUPDATE and FastRecovery into your ms0:/PSP/GAME folder
-- go to Game on your XMB and run PROUPDATE
-- press X to Launch CFW and your done!!!
afterwards you can delete PROUPDATE.
FastRecovery is used to launch back into cfw every time you shut down your psp and it goes back into ofw.
If you can't install it, I'll be on later today. It'd be easier to talk while you do it through the CB^^ or you can always PM me

Re: [RELEASE] (L)CFW/CFW 6.20/6.35/6.39/6.60 PRO-B9
You can't do permanent CFW on 6.60 on a 3k. It'll brick
if you really want permanent cfw on it you'll have to downgrade to 6.20, but there's always a chance that it might brick, so to be honest it's just better leaving it with out the permanent CFW if you don't have a 1k or 2k(none ta-088v3)
It only takes a few seconds to restart the lcfw by using the fast recovery XD
