[HELP] Windows Live Messenger ERROR

My Messenger has always been working, but today when i tried to Open it,
The error below Pop Up. I Uninstall the Messenger and Reinstall it back,
but it didn't work. If anyone has any solution to this problem, i'll appreciate it very
much if you could share it with me.

Yeah I had the same problem on my old laptop with windows Vista.
I just install Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package and the error went away.
