This actually came out last week 
I just notice nobody had posted it so here goes
neur0n's Custom Firmware 6.39 ME-5 Installer (BETA) for Official Firmware 6.39. This is compatible with PSP-1000, PSP-2000, and PSP-3000 models (01g / 02g / 03g / 04g / 07g / 09g); the PSPgo is NOT supported (05g). Instructions included.

Fixed a bug in OE driver.

Added BatteryConfig submenu in RecoveryMenu.
Added Speed up MS option(beta).
