[Help] Splitting Video/Movie In 2 Parts

I want to upload a movie to sendspace, but the size is
443 MB and the Max File Size you free members can upload is 300 MB, so i can't
upload unless i split the movie in 2 parts, but i dont know what program does that.
I would appreciate some help here.

lol feels like I had this talk before
Anyways use Winrar
Right-click the file you want to split and add to archive...
The Archive name and parameters menu will appear
On the bottom left you should see split to volumes, bytes
there you can select the number of megabytes you want to split into
Just write 200 mb or the size you want to split the movie into and hit OK

use camtasia studio 7. to get a full version, search TheMunchingPanda Camtasia Studio 7 serial key and find teh vid with the key. the name can be anything.
